Dee Shami serves as President and CEO of Sonic Title®, overseeing day-to-day operations, escrow management, and settlement execution. She brings extensive title industry experience, including leadership roles at large national title platforms and independent agencies.
Dee is known for proactive title review, clear settlement statements, and operational discipline that reduces last-minute issues at closing. Under her leadership, Sonic Title® focuses on accuracy, transparency, and smooth execution for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
Charlie Shami
Founder & CFO
Charlie Shami is Founder & CFO of Sonic Title® and a licensed title producer in Michigan. His focus is on financial discipline, thoughtful growth, and supporting the people and processes behind dependable title and settlement services.
Working alongside President & CEO Dee Shami, who leads day-to-day operations, Charlie brings an owner’s perspective to the company’s long-term development. His experience in residential transactions helps him understand how title questions, settlement figures, funding requirements, and deadlines affect the professionals and clients involved.
Charlie views a title company’s reputation as something earned through the details: accurate work, timely communication, and clear responsibility when an issue needs attention. He supports a service culture that respects the relationships agents, lenders, attorneys, financial advisors, and CPAs have built with their clients.
At Sonic Title®, his role is to help strengthen the business behind that service, so the team can focus on the work entrusted to it. He values lasting professional relationships, capable leadership, and steady improvements that support the company as it grows.
